Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
1. Overview
The Neutrino Energy Group ("we", "us") takes data privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it when you visit neutrino-energy.com.
2. Data Controller
Neutrino Energy Group

Email: info@neutrino-energy.com
3. Data We Collect
Automatically collected
When you visit our site, our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically collect: IP address (anonymized), browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used solely for security and performance purposes.
Voluntarily provided
If you use our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, and message content. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
4. Newsletter
You can subscribe to our weekly newsletter on this website. To do so we process your email address together with the time of your signup and of your confirmation.
We use the double opt-in procedure: after you sign up you receive an email containing a confirmation link. Your address only enters our list once you click that link, which stays valid for 48 hours. This ensures nobody can subscribe you without your knowledge.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future and without any disadvantage: use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or simply email contact@neutrino-energy.com. After withdrawal we delete your address from the list.
We use the service provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) to send the newsletter and manage the list. This means your data is also transferred to and processed in the United States. We do not pass your address on for any other purpose and we do not sell it.
5. Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics scripts. No cookie consent banner is required because we do not track you.
6. Third-Party Services
We use Google Fonts for typography. This results in a connection to Google servers when you load the page. We plan to self-host fonts in a future update to eliminate this dependency. No other third-party tracking services are used.
7. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for the duration needed to respond to your inquiry, then deleted. Server logs are automatically purged after 30 days.
8. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, request correction, request deletion, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Contact us at info@neutrino-energy.com to exercise any of these rights.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
